A supportive, closed therapy group for adults seeking relief from anxiety. Through guided process work, mindful awareness, and shared connection, members explore patterns, build emotional resilience, and practice new coping skills in a safe, consistent therapeutic community.
Develop practical tools for managing anxiety.
Deepen emotional insight and self-awareness.
Strengthen nervous-system regulation through mindfulness practices.
Experience validation and connection with others who “get it.”
Build lasting confidence and resilience in everyday life.
Join our supportive in-person anxiety group (limited to just 8 spots) every Monday from January 5th to February 23rd, 1:00–2:30 pm, at our welcoming downtown Oshawa office.
